1. Orders and Payment
- Quotes and Estimates: We provide quotes or estimates based on your specifications. These are not binding contracts, and final pricing may vary depending on the complexity of your order.
- Order Approval and Proofing: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before we proceed with printing. Once approved, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
- Payment: Payment is due in full before printing commences unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods.
2. Artwork and Content
- File Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring your artwork files meet our specifications, which are recommended from our end.
- Copyright: You warrant that you own the copyright or have permission to use all content submitted for printing. We are not responsible for copyright infringement.
- Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
3. Turnaround Time and Delivery
- Estimated Turnaround: We provide estimated turnaround times for each order. These estimates are subject to change based on workload and unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery: We offer various delivery options, each with its own associated cost. You are responsible for any shipping charges.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or material shortages.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before printing begins for a full refund. Once printing commences, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
- Errors: If there are any errors in the printed product that are our fault, we will reprint the order free of charge or offer a full refund. Errors due to your approved proofs or file issues are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns: We do not accept returns for any printed products unless due to a proven error on our part.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printing order.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through Judicial Process or Arbitration or Mediation.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
